Psychiatry Update Early Career Provider Program
We are inviting Psychiatry residents and fellows from US programs to participate and attend the Psychiatry Update conference, March 18-20, 2027 at The Palmer House Hilton, Chicago, Illinois.

Early Career Provider Program Grant Outline
- MedscapeLIVE! will provide you with a complimentary registration to the conference taking place March 18-20, 2027. Daily scan-in and attendance is required.
- Meals as indicated on the program agenda are provided.
- Three (3) nights complimentary hotel accommodations at the The Palmer House Hilton, checking-in Wednesday March 17th, and checking-out Saturday, March 20th Please indicate your check-in/out dates on the application form. Any additional nights will be your responsibility.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a US resident or fellow in good standing with their program.
Resident/Fellows Commitment
You are required to participate in all general sessions and workshops designated for residents/fellows beginning Thursday, March 18th. Upon check-in to the conference, you will receive information on required sessions and will be scanned into all sessions to verify attendance.
Failure to meet the full attendance requirement as stated above will result in forfeiture of your registration, reimbursement to MedscapeLIVE! for your hotel room costs, and disqualification for all conference awards and prizes.
Selection Criteria
Following the application deadline, all materials will be submitted to a committee for review and selection. Demographic information will not be considered in the selection process. Data points are voluntarily being collected by MedscapeLIVE! to monitor diversity at our conference, to ensure outreach and audience engagement efforts effectively meet company goals focused on creating an equitable space for all attendees. In our efforts to be equitable and inclusive, MedscapeLIVE! strives to ensure each applicant is not only welcome to apply, but also feels safe and protected when disclosing this information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CANCELLATION: You must cancel by Thursday, February 18, 2027. If you cancel after February 18, you will be responsible for a $250 charge to offset your hotel room costs.
